Elisa Elisa Benzo, who comes from the Marche region, is the heart of the Aroma, and has managed the restaurant together with Gino Puddu since 1987. As our certified olive oil tester she is motivated by her enthusiasm for taste. Because of her passion for food she is always hungry for new gastronomical ideas and ventures often to Italy for culinary studies. |
| Gino Gino Puddu was born in Sardinia and grew up in Lombardy. Since the beginning in 1987 he has been part of the management of the Aroma. As a wine lover and passionate photographer he manages to combine the selection of our wines with the organization of our photographic exhibitions. |

Roberta Roberta Corsetti, the Italian from Tuscany with a sharp tongue, has worked at the Aroma since 1991. Attentive and accurate. ”Beware – I’m coming!” – is her motto. The business runs smoothly when everyone does as she says! |
| Pino Pino Valenti, stage name, ”Mina”, is the Sicilian queen, and has danced between our tables since 1996. Who does not know Pino from Aroma? He is appreciated for his sympathy and his attention to detail. One of Aroma’s highlights. |

Gaetano Gaetano Lo Cascio, the one with the piercing glance, is a great fan of the Palermo soccer team. He is one of the historical supporter of the Aroma and makes the best cappuccino in Berlin. Gaetano has been with us since 1990. |
| Deniz Deniz Incannova, has been the youngest and prettiest mother in the Aroma since 2000. As a real Berliner from a Sicilian Family, her female charisma brings a feminine touch to the Aroma. |

Ernesto Ernesto Di Lucca has managed our kitchen since 1996 with great experience and temperament. Loyal soul! His comes from South Tyrol, where he attended cooking school. |
| Max Massimiliano Schirru Young, dynamic, born in Venice but grown up in Sardinia, where he made his grade as a cook, Massimiliano Schirru, known as Max, is Aroma’s cook. Curious, with the right creative touch, he feels good with us.Hier we see him in action together with Adriano and Alessandro. |
